Our pricing is 100% transparent and always includes vacuuming, pre-spotting, preconditioning, deep restorative cleaning and grooming.

Difficult spots and stains may cost additional, but if we have to charge more, we will always let you know ahead of time. Extra charges would only apply in certain circumstances for stains requiring special techniques or products. Usually these include dye stains (kool-aid, wine, mustard, etc) and pet urine stains.

Light furniture moving included – This would include couches, tables, chairs and other small moveable furniture. We will not move any large oversized items such as beds, entertainment centers, hutches, computer stations, antiques, pianos or anything with fragile or electronic items.

    • Minimum Service Charge – $148 – covers up  to 350 “cleanable” square feet. Additional square footage only 38 cents per square ft.
    • 3 Room Special – $148
      Your choice of any 3 areas or rooms. Process includes vacuuming, spotting, pre-conditioning, deep cleaning and grooming. Up to 350 “cleanable” square feet. Open Areas only.
    • Whole House Special – $298
      Includes our Premium Dry Carpet Cleaning Service for all the accessible carpet in your home up to 850 “cleanable” square feet. Service includes vacuuming, spotting, pre-conditioning, deep extraction cleaning and grooming. Additional square footage is only 38¢ per sq. ft.

    • Stairs – $5 per step
    • Area Rug Cleaning – On Site
      We can clean most area rugs on site for a fraction of what it would cost have your rugs cleaned at rug cleaning facility. Minimum charge $148, clean up to 120 sq ft. – additional square footage only $1.25 cents psf.
    • Tile & Grout Cleaning – $129 minimum
      Our tile and grout cleaning service has a minimum charge of $148 for up to 100 total sf, then 75¢ per square foot for additional area.
    • UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
      After careful inspection and testing of the fabric, we use a combination of hand and machine cleaning, with special solutions and products specifically formulated for upholstery to give the best and safest cleaning.
